Building on Christ

The end of the Sermon on the Mount is an exhortation to putting Christ’s words into action. This is a high calling, and one that can only be accomplished when Christ is our king, our own efforts fail. This reminds us, that we are called to build on Christ and not our own works or understanding. 1. What areas of your life are you trusting in yourself and not Christ? 2. Pray today that the church would continue to be build on the gospel of Jesus Christ.
