Wild debates exist around Christ's teaching about the end of the world. How will it happen? When will it happen? Are there signs we should be monitoring for? Much of scripture's apocalyptic warnings have more to do with the call to persevere than giving us a road map for how it will happen. This week, we are reminded that not only will suffering happen, but often God can use it for the sake of the gospel.
